I support leaders and professionals who are still functioning on the outside, but underneath feel under constant pressure, mentally overloaded or stretched too thing, helping them build healthier capacity, resilience and more sustainable ways of leading and living.
I’ve spent over 20 years working in HR, supporting leaders and teams in high-pressure environments, particularly across professional services firms.
Over time, I began to see more signs of pressure showing up through sickness absence, burnout, disengagement, performance challenges and people quietly struggling to keep up whilst appearing capable on the surface. Alongside my own experience of navigating sustained pressure within these environments, I realised there was more I wanted to do to support the person behind the role, not just the process around them.
I’m a qualified Somatic Trauma-Informed Coach, with additional training in resilience and health coaching, bringing together nervous system awareness, wellbeing and workplace insight to support healthier, more sustainable ways of working and living.
I believe the way we experience and respond to pressure shapes far more than performance alone. It influences our relationships, teams and workplace cultures, often in ways we don’t fully recognise at the time.
My mission is to help people lead from a healthier place and create more compassionate, sustainable environments through how they show up each day.
I'm passionate about supporting individuals and organisations in high pressure environments through coaching and workshops.
